Key Responsibilities:
Handle overall
branch operations
, including supervision and control of branch staff
Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors, including drafting and finalizing
terms and conditions
Review and analyze
financial reports
, and recommend improvements to enhance business operations
Develop and present
business proposals
to prospective clients to acquire new business
Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines
Coordinate with management to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality
