Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Branch Sales Manager for our operations in the genset industry, located in Surat. This is a full-time position requiring a candidate who can effectively manage and lead our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess essential experience in channel management, sales strategies, and developing customer relationships to ultimately drive business growth within this sector.
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the genset industry.
  • Strong expertise in channel management, including establishing and managing distributor networks to expand market reach.
  • Ability to effectively manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • In-depth product knowledge of diesel generators and related power equipment to effectively meet customer needs.
  • Experience in B2B sales and demonstrating the ability to effectively close deals with large businesses.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills to ensure excellent service delivery and support.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to clearly convey ideas and secure favorable agreements.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and adapt sales strategies to meet changing demands and maximize profits.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals and drive growth in the Surat region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong client relationships to expand the market presence.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales personnel to build a high-performing team.
