Role: Branch Sales Manager
Function: Sales
Job Purpose:
Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of Loan against Property products and services within the assigned branch.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for Loan against Property products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote the bank's Loan against Property offerings.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of Loan against Property services to customers.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in sales and business development within the banking or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Loan against Property products and services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
