: Branch Sales Incharge - General Trade Location: Nagpur Responsibilities:
Channel Sales Leadership: Formulate and implement channel sales strategies customized for the Consumer Durables market to meet sales objectives, encompassing both primary and secondary sales. Lead the team in establishing and nurturing strong partnerships with distributors and dealers.
Distribution Management: Efficiently manage the distribution network, ensuring adequate stock levels, timely deliveries, and effective inventory control for Chimneys, Fans, and other Home Appliances. Identify opportunities for streamlining distribution processes and improving overall operational efficiency.
New Channel Creation: Identify and pursue prospects for expanding the distribution network in the Consumer Durables sector through the establishment of new channels and alliances. Develop and execute plans to enter untapped markets and segments.
New Product Launch: Supervise the successful introduction of new Home Appliances and Electrical Products into the market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise product launch strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives to drive product adoption and sales.
Product Marketing: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to devise and execute product marketing initiatives specific to Chimneys, Fans, and other electrical appliances. This includes advertising, promotions, events, and branding activities. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Team Management: Lead, inspire, and cultivate the sales team focused on Consumer Durables. Establish clear performance expectations, offer regular feedback, and conduct performance assessments. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Revenue Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics within the Consumer Durables sector, identifying patterns and implementing corrective measures to achieve revenue targets. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth and market share for Chimneys, Fans, and related products.
Field Operations: Lead by example by regularly visiting distributors and dealers in the Consumer Durables sector. Provide on-ground support, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities. Ensure the team is aligned with company goals and objectives.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Consumer Durables industry, including distributors, dealers, and internal teams.
