Job Summary:

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Relation Conversion Manager - Sales and Counseling, located in Nellore. The Patient Relation Manager will be responsible for managing patient relations, counseling patients, handling sales inquiries, and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with patients, addressing their concerns, providing them with information on treatments, and facilitating their journey from initial inquiry to treatment completion.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in counseling and patient relationship management Sales acumen and the ability to handle sales inquiries Organizational and time management skills Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field, with preference for healthcare-related fields
