Job Summary
We are looking for a Branch Relationship Officer to manage customer relationships at the branch level. The role involves customer handling, cross-selling banking products, achieving business targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while following banking compliance norms.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in and existing customers at the branch
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable banking products
Open new accounts and assist with documentation
Cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, deposits, loans, credit cards, and insurance
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
Maintain strong relationships to ensure customer retention
Ensure KYC, AML, and internal compliance guidelines are followed
Maintain proper records and update customer information
Resolve customer queries and service requests on time
Required Qualifications
Graduation from a recognized university
Basic knowledge of banking products and services
Good communication skills (English & local language)
Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach
Ability to work towards targets
Experience
Fresher or candidates with relevant banking or sales experience can apply
