JOB SUMMARY:-
Is responsible for managing, developing & supervising the team with a key focus on Service to sales
through relationship management, sales productivity-per-executive, thereby achieving sales & service
targets.
Criteria :
Must be graduate & above.
Min. 5 -7 yrs experience in Life Insurance.
Team handling experience is must min. 2-3 yrs.
Profile required Direct channel with current company stability of min. 2 yrs.
CTC 6-9 Lpa based on quality profiles.
