Will be responsible for sales from distributors and walk-in customers, advising suitable products. To accept applications and ensure that the same are in alignment with compliance guidelines and time stamps as per agreed guidelines. To Service Queries to be resolved within TAT, critical query management & managing escalations as per the investor\'s need. To ensure reconciliation of records and update on queries within 24 hours. Transactions are processed with zero error. To Interact with Insurance companies on a daily basis for issue resolution. You will be responsible for retention of the Distributor and Direct customers. To manage irate customers. To take care of Administration activities. You should be completely updated on the various products and market scenarios. Required Skill: Sound knowledge of Life and General insurance operations. Relationship Management. Good Communication Skills. Multi-tasking with Time Management. Customer orientation. And Problem Solving. Target-oriented with proper adherence to compliance Life & General Insurance Product knowledge.
