1. Achieve sales targets through outbound and inbound telesales of banking products. 2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships via regular calls and follow-ups. 3. Generate, qualify, and convert leads while ensuring high conversion ratios. 4. Ensure accurate KYC, documentation, and compliance as per bank guidelines. 5. Maintain call records, track performance, and submit MIS and daily reports.
