Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Relationship Executive to handle student inquiries, convert leads into admissions, and support overall branch operations. The role involves counselling walk-in and telephonic leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly admission targets--similar to a Business Development Executive role.

Key Responsibilities



Handle walk-in students and explain available courses & programs. Convert leads received through calls, walk-ins, and digital campaigns. Guide students on courses, fees, placement support, and admission process. Follow up with prospects and close admissions to meet monthly targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents. Coordinate with trainers/placement team for seamless service delivery. Maintain CRM & admission records. Support branch-level promotional activities & events. Generate referrals and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements



Any graduate (Freshers or up to 2 years experience). Strong communication and convincing skills. Sales / counselling experience in training/education sector preferred. Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills. Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
