Key Responsibilities:o
Support daily sales operations and branch coordination.
Work closely with the State Sales Manager and Operations Manager on branch activities.
Maintain transaction records, sales documentation, and reports.
Assist with customer communication and service requests.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Promote a positive, efficient, and customer-focused work environment.
Qualifications:
Education: Fresh graduate (any discipline).
Gender: Female candidates preferred.
Languages: Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and any one local language (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, documentation).
Willingness to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
