Job Title: Branch Operations Operator

Location: Mumbai

Notes:

• Experience range: Min 0 to 3 years.
• Open to consider fresher candidates (Yes/No): Yes, provided the candidate is having good communication skills + good MS office skills
• Prior experience of working in Global Market Ops, Trade Finance Ops will be an added advantage
• Project duration: 1 year (renewable)
• Shift timings: 9.00 am to 7.00 pm (India Operations)
• Work from Home at present (Yes/No): No
• Location: Candidates residing on the western side from Churchgate up to Mira Road

• Knowledge of FX MM Options & OTC products including regulatory reports
• End-to-end four eye validation of the daily NOP reporting, Liaising with GTP Support/ Front Office/ GMBAC for any missing valuations that
• have impact on the accuracy & completeness of the report
• Refreshing SAP interest accrual queries to verify the manual feed to NOP and recheck the same is accounted accurately in the NOOP
• post the final execution of the report.
• Reconciling NOP cash position with Balance Sheet gap
• Reconciling the IDMS entries with the BFX6 tickets uploaded for the previous cob to assess the breaks to be adjusted in the Net Overall
• Open Position
• Investigating & identifying breaks between NOP cash position & Balance Sheet gap including chasing & managing all exceptions
• Validating the Net Overseas Placement report including chasing stakeholders for the breaks between TLM & FRRR nostro balances
• Preparing regulatory returns such as RBS, Interbank Limit monitoring
• Preparing of various data related to NOP, TPR reporting, 10 Mio facility
• Performing daily upload of interest realized in 6 subsystems into RMS known as DW uploads
• Performing the FOBO recon for BFX16 uploads + DW uploads
• Investigating, identifying, chasing stakeholder for clearance of breaks in the RMS-DWH recon
• Accurate and timely verification of Underlying Documents including updation of the same in the FX Docs Workflow
• Assisting in retrieving data for various audits viz Concurrent, Statutory & Regulatory Audit queries, as delegated
• Supporting UAT for regulatory reports & changes related to the DW upload process

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• confident and well spoken. Ability to interact with branches
• Good knowledge of MS word, excel, PPT
• willing to work longer hours whenever required
• Should be able to frame emails and replies independently.
