• Bcom or MBA in Finance.

• 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the Mutual Fund Industry
• Knowledge of SEBI and AMFI regulations applicable to asset management industry.

• Execution of Commercials and Non-commercial transactions by investor / distributor on timely basis.
• Allotment of units on timely basis.
• Proper calculation of brokerages and timely payment of the same.
• Monitoring Investor Service/ transaction service & distributor service Mail & reply
• Implementation of SEBI / AMFI circulars with RTA
• Closely co-ordination of RTA related to transactions.
• Resolving investor grievance / complaints on timely basis.
• Co-ordination with branches.
• Maintenance of time stamp machines of all branches
• Co-ordination of channel partner / exchange for smooth processing of transactions.
• Agreement with Channel Partner/RIA.
• Updating of website / online portal due to any regulatory changes.
• Preparing Ad-hoc reports based on internal / Top management requirement.
• Ensure proper transactions process during NFO period.
• Managing Audit (Internal / statutory)

• Knowledge of SEBI / AMFI regulation.
• Knowledge of capital and derivative market.
• Good in MS-excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
