Job Role: \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the Service Team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance \xe2\x80\xa2 To co-ordinate the audit of the branch \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring service excellence to enhance portfolio, control retention and better cross sell \xe2\x80\xa2 Authorize and check RO / SO entries \xe2\x80\xa2 Check end products \xe2\x80\xa2 Check vouchers to clear transactions of Rs. 10 lakhs & above \xe2\x80\xa2 Vault / Key custodian
Job Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer service oriented \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous \xe2\x80\xa2 Eye for details \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to manage and motivate front office staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Thorough overall understanding of banking \xe2\x80\xa2 Graduate/MBA \xe2\x80\xa2 Graduates with 6-8 years experience \xe2\x80\xa2 MBA with 4-6 years experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Should possess customer orientation and team leader qualities
