Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Branch / Operations Manager

to lead branch operations . This role requires strong expertise in operations management, finance, logistics, and commercial coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily branch operations including logistics, inventory, procurement, banking, administration, and local purchases Oversee accounting and financial activities such as bookkeeping, reconciliations, vendor payments, and petty cash management Handle commercial documentation including quotations, invoices, import/export records, and customer correspondence Coordinate with internal teams locally and internationally to ensure operational alignment Support sales and technical teams to ensure smooth client delivery and after-sales support Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, service providers, and banking partners Prepare regular operational and financial reports for head office Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and support business growth
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a branch operations or operations management role Experience in scientific, laboratory, or technical supply industries is preferred Prior experience in structured markets such as UAE, India, or similar regions is an advantage Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent written and spoken English Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Valid driving license is an advantage
