Job Description

A Hospital Branch Operations Manager oversees daily functions, ensuring efficient patient care, staff coordination (nursing, medical, admin), budget management, and compliance with regulations, focusing on quality, patient satisfaction, revenue, and implementing operational strategies for smooth, profitable branch performance. Key duties involve managing teams, optimizing processes, handling patient complaints, reporting to management, and driving business growth for the specific location. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

Direct daily operations, manage resources, and ensure smooth workflow across departments like nursing, finance, HR, and facilities.

Staff & Team Management:

Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff; handle performance issues and foster career development.

Financial Management:

Monitor budgets, control costs, track revenue, and implement strategies to improve profitability.

Patient Experience:

Ensure high patient satisfaction, handle complaints, and drive service excellence through training and process adherence.

Process Improvement:

Analyze procedures, implement best practices, and use KPIs to boost efficiency and quality.

Compliance & Quality:

Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and organizational policies.

Interdepartmental Coordination:

Liaise with medical staff, surgeons, and other leaders to align goals.

Reporting & Strategy:

Prepare performance reports for senior management and contribute to strategic planning.
