Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and supervise daily branch operations, including documentation, reporting, and compliance. Ensure smooth processing of financial transactions, customer requests, and service operations. Handle cash management, account reconciliation, and inventory control. Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Maintain records and prepare reports on operational performance and branch activities. Ensure adherence to company policies, banking regulations (if applicable), and audit requirements. Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalations in a timely manner. Support business development activities and contribute to the overall growth of the branch.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

0-3 years of experience in operations, banking, or branch management preferred. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

and operational software (ERP, CRM, or banking systems). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,011.37 - ₹20,466.37 per month
