Handle client onboarding processes including Account Opening Forms (AOF), KYC documentation, and verification.
Manage Demat and Trading Account operations while ensuring timely processing of all client service requests.
Support front-office teams with trade confirmations, fund/DP transactions, and overall back-office operations.
Coordinate effectively with Compliance, RMS, and Head Office Operations to maintain smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate records, reports, MIS, and all internal documentation as required.
Assist clients with queries related to account status, statements, payouts, Demat services, and other operational matters.
Ensure strict adherence to SEBI and Stock Exchange regulatory/audit requirements at the branch level.
