We are looking for

Branch

Operations Manager for managing cluster of residential apartment communities in Hyderabad. We are looking for a dynamic personality with result oriented attitude, an expert in Facility Management Industry who can handle operations of the Cluster. Candidate with Minimum 8 to 15 years of experience in Facility Management Services can apply.

Required Skills:



Facility Management:

Responsible for end to end operations, including recruitment, training, reporting & SLA based operational reviews. Strong knowledge on MEP technical services areas preferred.

People management

: Mentoring, Training & Grooming people. Ability to handle manpower in an effective way and specify tasks and effective utilisation of the available resource.

Technical Management:

Strong knowledge on Diesel Generator, Fire Fighting Systems, Water treatment Plant (STP & WTP, RO), Swimming Pool, Motors/Pumps etc. Understanding of AMC & SLA definition.

Customer handling:

Handling SLA & Escalation to exceed customer expectations, frequent site visit as the role is client facing.

Leadership Skills:

Supervise and coordinate all activities related to facility services, identify process improvements and delivering significant value to the customers.

Strong Communication:

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, the ability to interact credibly with all levels in an organization, tailoring communications effectively for facility managers, clients and leadership team.

Strong Presentation Skills:

Prepare monthly operation metrics, present to leadership team. Presents accomplishments at Open House meeting / AGM meeting on behalf of company.

Business Development:

Coordinate with sales team for lead generation, revenue generation, new project survey & new client acquisition.

Project Management:

Good experience in managing multiple projects, conduct regular reviews both offline/online & track the closure of action items. Present the monthly score card to Management.

Job Requirement:-



Report to Business Head - Operations. Ensure maximum profitability (P&L) of the contract Review monthly MMR for each site & action items closures Manage contract renewals Execute monthly random site audits 30 to 40% travel is required within Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
