1. Branch Operations:

Handling customer queries and providing support:

This involves addressing policyholder questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Processing transactions:

This includes tasks like premium collection, policy issuance, and handling loan requests.

Document verification and management:

Ensuring accurate and complete documentation for all policy-related activities.

Reporting and MIS:

Preparing reports on various operational activities and maintaining accurate records.
2. Policy Administration:

Processing policy documents:

Ensuring accuracy and completeness of policy details.

Monitoring policy schedules and renewal status:

Tracking policy anniversaries and ensuring timely renewal processing.

Preparing application and administrative documents:

Creating necessary paperwork for policy issuance and modifications.
3. Claims Processing:

Receiving and processing claims:

Handling claim submissions, verifying information, and initiating the claims settlement process.

Coordinating with various departments:

Collaborating with underwriting, actuarial, and other teams for efficient claims management.

Maintaining claim records and documentation:

Ensuring accurate and organized records of all claim-related activities.
4. Customer Service:

Providing support to policyholders:

Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Managing customer interactions:

Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication with customers.

Ensuring customer satisfaction:

Striving to meet or exceed customer expectations in all interactions.
5. Operational Management:

Supervising day-to-day operations:

Overseeing the performance of various operational teams and ensuring smooth workflows.

Developing and implementing operational plans:

Creating strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

Ensuring compliance with regulations:

Adhering to all relevant rules and regulations governing the insurance industry.

Monitoring and analyzing operational performance:

Tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
