Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end

dispatch and logistics operations

for pumps, motors, and generators.

Coordinate with

sales, stores, and service teams

to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Interact with customers for delivery schedules and service coordination.

Supervise dispatch staff and enforce operational standards (SOPs).

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and dispatch reports.

Support sales efforts by promoting Kirloskar products and solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate / Diploma in

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

.

10-15 years

of experience in

dispatch or operations management

in pumps, motors, or generator dealerships.

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in

ERP / MS Office

.

Key Competencies

Technical knowledge of Kirloskar products

Customer relationship management

Attention to detail and process efficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
