Job Description

Operational Oversight:

Direct daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to all company policies and regulatory standards.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate branch employees; foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

Customer Experience:

Ensure excellent service delivery, handle escalated customer issues, and maintain strong community and client relationships.

Financial Management:

Monitor branch financial performance, manage budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to meet financial goals.

Process Improvement:

Identify inefficiencies, implement new procedures, and utilize data analytics to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Compliance & Risk:

Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations, internal policies, and security protocols.

Strategic Alignment:

Coordinate with other departments and corporate teams to align branch operations with broader company objectives.
