Warehouse Operations Management:

Learn and assist in supervising the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring processes adhere to company standards for safety and efficiency. Monitor and maintain

optimal stock supervision

protocols, including organizing, checking, and securing inventory.

Rail & Logistics Handling:

Participate in the oversight of

rail handling activities

, learning the specifics of receiving and dispatching goods via rail. Understand the coordination required for timely loading and unloading of materials, minimizing demurrage and maximizing throughput.

Labor Supervision & Coordination:

Assist the manager in the

supervision and coordination of the labor force

(internal and contractual). Learn effective communication and management techniques to ensure high productivity, compliance with safety regulations, and proper task allocation.

Inventory Control & Documentation:

Hands-on participation in the

tallying and physical verification of quantities

for all incoming and outgoing stock movements. Assist in the accurate and timely

updating of inward and outward stock flow

in both the company's designated systems (e.g., WMS, ERP) and physical records/books. Understand the importance of meticulous record-keeping, as all stock movements and documentation are subject to internal company audits and

verification by external parties
