to lead the sales and admissions activities at our educational branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the branch meets its business and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets for the branch.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase student admissions.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives.
Team Management:
Lead, train, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve performance goals.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure superior student and parent experience throughout the inquiry-to-admission process.
Handle escalations and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
Operations & Coordination:
Work closely with academic, marketing, and counseling teams to ensure smooth branch operations.
Manage inquiry handling, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
Maintain accurate sales reports and enrollment data using CRM systems.
Marketing Support:
Coordinate local marketing and promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and school visits.
Provide inputs for digital and offline campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development. (Experience in
education sector
will be an advantage).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management systems, and MS Office applications.
