We are looking to hire the A
Branch Manager (Sales & Operations )
should be capable of handling a wide range of tasks pertaining to the
branch's Sales & Operations
. Primarily, a
Manager for Sales Operations,
should ensure that complete branch's sales processes and teams are operating optimally. Some of their daily tasks include:
Developing and implementing overall sales processes for sales teams, specialists and other representatives
Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts
Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals
Recruiting, hiring and training sales representatives for respected branch
Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends
Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
Implementing and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationshipsDirect and supervise the daily operations of the branch.
Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Manage branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Overall, Implement and oversee operational policies and procedures.
Monitor branch financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
Resolve customer issues and handle escalations.
Maintain security protocols and manage risk at the branch.
Coordinate with other branches and departments to achieve company-wide objectives.
Develop business strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
This core role requires a blend of excellent customer service skills, organizational abilities, and senior leadership qualities.
Key responsibilities
Strong leadership skills to evaluate ongoing sales team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary
Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper management
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities
Technology skills to utilize CRM and database software tools in daily tasks
Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts
