Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
5-10 years of experience in branch management, banking, financial services, or sales leadership.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of local market trends in Hyderabad.
