Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related
field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or business development,
preferably in chit funds, banking, NBFC, insurance, or finance sectors.
Proven track record of achieving business growth and sales targets.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel across Tamil Nadu as required for business development.
