Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Branch Manager

to lead and manage the operations, sales, customer service, and compliance of our Maninagar Branch in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in retail banking, leadership, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:



Branch Operations Management:

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch. Oversee cash management, audit compliance, safety, and security. Maintain operational excellence and adhere to regulatory and bank standards.

Business Development & Revenue Growth:

Drive business targets across liabilities, assets, insurance, and investment products. Lead customer acquisition campaigns and cross-sell initiatives. Identify and convert high-value customer segments.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Officers, Tellers, and Assistant Managers. Monitor team performance and productivity. Plan and conduct regular training sessions for staff.

Customer Relationship & Service:

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. Foster long-term relationships with key customers and high-net-worth clients.

Compliance & Risk:

Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, processes, KYC/AML norms, and RBI regulations. Prepare for internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

Key Requirements:



Education:

Graduation mandatory; MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing preferred.

Experience:

6-10 years of overall experience in banking/financial services. Minimum 2- 3 years in a branch leadership role.

Skills:

Strong understanding of retail banking products and services. Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Proficient in handling audits, compliance, and branch operations. Sales and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Candidate Profile:



Prior experience in Small Finance Banks, Private Sector Banks (e.g., AU, Ujjivan, Axis, HDFC, ICICI). Local candidates from Ahmedabad preferred. Strong network and market knowledge in Maninagar and surrounding areas.
