JOB ROLE:
xc2xb7 Enhancement of Deposit pool from Customers
xc2xb7 Establishing standards and delivery of service
xc2xb7 Sale of non-deposit products. Cross-selling targets progressively.
xc2xb7 Fee Income
xc2xb7 Branch Administration.
xc2xb7 Regulatory Compliance
xc2xb7 Manage productivity and overall morale of branch team members
xc2xb7 Overall responsible for break-even and P&L of branch
JOB REQUIREMENT:
xc2xb7 Overall 4-6yrs of banking experience; out of which 3-4yrs in Retail Liabilities.
xc2xb7 Must have had Sales experience and exposure, preferably of Liabilities products
xc2xb7 Qualifications- MBA / CA/ CAIIB
xc2xb7 Good Leadership skills
xc2xb7 Having more than 1-2 year work experience
xc2xb7 In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro micro economic processes
xc2xb7 Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer DELIGHT
xc2xb7 Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.
