Branch Manager/Asst. Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all branch operations, including staff management, sales targets, and customer service.
Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead and motivate the branch team to meet sales targets and building customer relationships.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve branch goals.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
Manage branch finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Monitor and improve branch profitability.
