The ideal candidate must have a solid background in visa services, ticketing, and holiday packages, combined with strong people management and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end operations of the Kolkata branch, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Drive sales and revenue growth in line with organizational targets across visas, ticketing, and holiday packages.
Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team, aligning them with business objectives.
Foster a positive work environment, resolving internal or client-related issues effectively.
Develop and maintain client relationships, and actively work to expand the customer base.
Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement strategies for improvement.
Coordinate with the head office for reporting, planning, and operational support.
Prepare and present branch performance reports to senior management on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in a managerial role within the travel and tourism industry.
Strong understanding of visa processing, air ticketing (GDS systems), and holiday package sales.
Proven ability to generate revenue and lead teams effectively.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build and maintain client and vendor relationships.
Proficient in English and Hindi.
Other Language is a plus
