Alshifa Clinic is a leading cosmetic & aesthetic care center committed to excellence in beauty, wellness, and client satisfaction. We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager with strong sales & marketing knowledge to drive our Vellore branch growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall branch operations with focus on sales, marketing, and client acquisition. Develop and execute local marketing strategies to promote clinic services. Build strong customer relationships, ensure premium client experience. Drive revenue targets, track performance, and optimize resources. Manage and motivate the clinic team towards achieving business goals. Identify new business opportunities in the Vellore market.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in cosmetic, aesthetic, or healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of Vellore market trends (preferred). Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills. Result-oriented, proactive, and strategic thinker. Willingness to relocate to Vellore, if not local.
