What You Will Do:
Supervise
daily showroom operations
including sales, customer support, and inventory.
Make sure the showroom is
clean, well-organized, and presentable
.
Check and monitor
EV charging stations
and coordinate maintenance when needed.
Create and implement
sales strategies
to achieve monthly targets.
Train, guide, and motivate
the sales team to deliver excellent service.
Help customers understand the
features and benefits of electric vehicles
.
Handle major
customer issues or escalations
.
Set clear goals for the team and give regular
performance feedback
.
Maintain proper stock levels of
vehicles, accessories, and parts
.
Work with suppliers to ensure
timely delivery
of stock.
Coordinate with the marketing team for
promotions and campaigns
.
Plan and run
test drive events, workshops, and EV awareness programs
.
Build partnerships with local businesses to
promote EV adoption
.
Guide customers on
charging, battery care, and environmental benefits
.
Work with RTO offices and finance partners for
vehicle registration and loan processes
.
Who We Are Looking For:
Experience in
direct B2C sales
.
Must have handled a team of
4-5 people
in sales or operations.
Experience in
store operations
and
roadside/field promotional activities
.
Good at
explaining products
and handling customer interactions.
Strong
organizing, planning, and data management
skills.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
.
Good communication skills in
English and Kannada
.
Knowledge of
Excel
and CRM tools (LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc.).
