Responsibilities :



Oversee daily showroom operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.

? Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

? Monitor EV charging station performance and coordinate maintenance.

? Develop strategies to meet sales targets and boost revenue.

? Train and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional service.

? Assist customers with understanding EV features, benefits, and technical aspects.

? Address and resolve escalated customer concerns.

? Set clear goals and provide regular performance feedback.

? Foster a collaborative, motivated team environment.

? Maintain optimal inventory levels for EVs, parts, and accessories.

? Coordinate with suppliers for timely stock delivery and monitor inventory turnover.

? Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns.

? Organize events like test drives, workshops, and awareness programs.

? Build local partnerships to promote EV adoption.

? Educate customers on EV charging, battery life, and environmental benefits.

? Collaborate with RTOs and financial institutions for registration and financing services.

Desired Candidate Profile

:

? Experience in B2C direct sales.

? Experience in People Management, should have handled at least 4-5 people from sales and

operations.

? Experience in demand generation through the Road Side Activities.

? Experience in Store Operations.

? Experience in Product demonstration and explanation to Customers.

? Organized and systematic management of tasks & data .

? Experience in planning & executing promotion activities .

? Excellent interpersonal skills.

? Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on commitments.

? Fluent (written and verbal) in English, Hindi.

? Good Excel Skills to help manage the sales and inventory data and also have knowledge to use

the Lead Management System (Lead Squared, Salesforce, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
