Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Rightways Air Logistics pvt ltd in Shamshabad, Hyderabad. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including managing staff, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with safety and security standards. They will also collaborate with other departments to optimize processes, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service. The Branch Manager will play a key role in driving growth and profitability for the branch.
Job Responsibilities
Branch supervision & managing the team.
Experience in managing branch operations, logistics, & optimizing operations & overhead cost.
Periodic visit to customer & resolving customer queries.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Onboarding new transport vendors.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions.
Review of Branch expenses & timely submission to Head office.
Proficiency in using logistics software and tools.
Experience in the Logistics industry is plus
Language to be known: regional language, Hindi, English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
