The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, driving sales performance, managing the branch team, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires strong leadership, business development skills, and operational efficiency to achieve branch targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company standards.
Achieve sales targets for loans, financial products, and other services offered by Andromeda.
Drive business development through channel partners, customer acquisition, and local marketing activities.
Monitor branch performance, productivity, and profitability.
Train, guide, and motivate the branch team to meet individual and branch-level goals.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalations effectively.
Maintain proper documentation, reports, and adherence to audit guidelines.
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or relevant field.
01-03 years of experience in Sales, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services (branch management preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Good understanding of loan products and financial processes.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
