Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to independently lead and grow our branch operations in Hyderabad and Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets through effective leadership of the sales team and strategic market development for Tata Shaktee, Tata Durashine, and Tata Wiron products.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive branch sales performance and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize productivity.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies and channel expansion.
Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
Graduate/MBA with 5+ years of sales and team management experience.
Proven track record in building and scaling regional sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Experience in steel or building materials industry preferred
