Branch Manager

with a solid background in

travel operations

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operations of the branch to meet business goals and customer satisfaction. Develop strategies to promote travel packages. Drive branch sales targets through effective team leadership and marketing initiatives. Maintain relationships with educational institutions, embassies, and travel partners. Ensure compliance with immigration and travel regulations. Train and mentor counselors and support staff. Handle escalated customer issues professionally and ensure resolution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel Management, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in the

travel

industry. Proven experience in a managerial or team-leading role. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
