The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the branch, achieving sales and service targets, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading the team to deliver high-quality wellness services in line with Vecura Wellness standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day sales of the branch effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, service, and collection targets.
Supervise and motivate all branch staff (doctors, therapists, slimming and beauty teams).
Ensure excellent customer service and handle client escalations promptly.
Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
Conduct daily team meetings and share updates on targets and performance.
Coordinate with Zonal Head and other departments (HR, Accounts, Marketing) for smooth functioning.
Maintain clinic hygiene, ambiance, and overall client experience.
Review reports on sales, client feedback, and staff productivity regularly.
Handle recruitment, training, and attendance management for branch employees.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Management.
3-5 years of experience in wellness, healthcare, or retail industry (managerial experience preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Target-driven, disciplined, and customer-focused.
