Job Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven

Branch Manager

to lead our coimbatore branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall operations, business growth, and daily functioning of the clinic. This is a critical role that combines operational management with sales leadership to ensure the branch meets its daily and monthly targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities



1. Operations Management:



Oversee daily clinic operations including appointment scheduling, patient flow, and service delivery. Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols. Manage clinic inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep. Handle patient grievances and ensure high customer satisfaction.

2. Sales & Business Targets:



Achieve daily and monthly revenue targets through effective service promotion and sales strategies. Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to attract new patients. Monitor walk-ins, conversions, and repeat clientele to drive growth. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.

3. Team Leadership:



Supervise, train, and motivate therapists and support staff. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Ensure staff adherence to treatment protocols and service standards.

4. Administrative & Financial Duties:



Manage daily cash handling, billing, and end-of-day reconciliations. Control operational costs and optimize resource utilization. Maintain accurate records of patient sessions, inventory, and expenses.

5. Compliance & Reporting:



Ensure all clinic activities align with company policies and healthcare regulations. Report directly to headquarters on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. 3+ years of experience in branch/operations management, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or retail. Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of clinic operations and patient care protocols. Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting practices. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Local candidates from Coimbatore or willing to relocate preferred.
