Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Branch Manager to oversee and manage our branch operations. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace, uphold discipline and punctuality, manage faculty and telecalling teams, meet admission targets, and drive business growth. Strong organizational, communication, and operational skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Maintain office premises in a neat and professional manner.
- Ensure all office equipment and resources are well-maintained and available.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Consistently adhere to office timings and company policies.
- Submit daily reports on branch activities to higher authorities/Director.
- Complete all assigned tasks within specified deadlines.
Team Coordination:
- Coordinate and manage the schedules and activities of faculty and telecallers.
- Motivate and monitor team performance to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Business Development & Admissions:
- Identify and target potential audiences to achieve and exceed admissions targets.
- Plan and execute local marketing and outreach initiatives.
- Implement strategies for continuous business and revenue growth.
Operations & Data Management:
- Oversee daily operational activities for seamless branch functioning.
- Prepare and maintain data using Google Sheets & MS Excel.
- Ensure timely updates and accuracy in administration records.
Student Management:
- Manage student batches, ensure smooth course delivery, and address their requirements.
- Assist students in the placement process and coordinate with Head Office placement teams.
Stock & Inventory Control:
- Verify availability and condition of branch stock and resources.
- Raise requisitions to Head Office as required.
Communications:
- Act as a key point of contact between the branch and Head Office for all needs and escalations.
- Maintain high standards of verbal and written communication with staff, students, and management.
Continuous Improvement:
- Recommend and implement necessary changes to operations or processes to enhance branch performance.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team management/branch operations (experience in educational institutions preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets & MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive admissions and achieve targets.
- High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and work independently.
