Key Responsibilities:

Manage

day-to-day clinic operations

ensuring smooth workflow and service excellence. Lead, motivate, and supervise clinic staff including consultants, physiotherapists, dietitians, and front-office executives. Achieve

branch sales targets

, client retention goals, and operational KPIs. Monitor and improve

client experience

, ensuring personalized service and high satisfaction levels. Conduct regular

team meetings, training, and performance reviews

. Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase

client footfall and revenue

. Maintain strict compliance with

clinic protocols, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines

. Manage clinic inventory, cash flow, and daily reports. Coordinate with the corporate team for HR, marketing, and finance operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in

Slimming, Wellness, Beauty, or Healthcare industry

(preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Proven ability in

sales, business development, and client relationship management

. Result-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in MS Office and clinic management systems.
