Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch financial targets, including deposit mobilization, loan disbursement, and recovery.? Promote cooperative society services to existing and potential members.? Build and maintain relationships with members to enhance trust and customer loyalty.? Identify and tap into new market opportunities for branch growth.? Identify new business opportunities and expand the branch's customer base.? Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure high performance and productivity.? Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to deliver high-quality service.? Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to branch targets.? Conduct regular meetings with the team to review performance and address challenges.? Monitor branch cash flow, inventory, and financial records in alignment with the society's policies.? Implement effective branch control measures to prevent fraud and discrepancies.? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.? Manage branch budgets, control expenses, and ensure profitability.? Monitor financial transactions and ensure adherence to risk management protocols.? Ensure the branch operates in compliance with all regulatory and cooperative society guidelines.? Conduct audits and implement corrective measures as needed.? Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies.? Stay updated on industry developments and adapt accordingly.? Prepare and present regular performance and operational reports to senior management.? Communicate organizational goals and updates to branch staff effectively.? Maintain accurate records and reports, and submit them to the head office as required.? Stay updated with changes in cooperative banking regulations and policies.? Address and resolve member grievances promptly and effectively.? Ensure the branch delivers excellent member services and maintains a welcoming environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
