Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve monthly revenue, sales, and client retention targets.
Supervise and motivate staff including consultants, dieticians, physiotherapists, and support team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training/coaching where needed.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards and handle client escalations.
Maintain compliance with company policies, protocols, and statutory regulations.
Monitor inventory, clinic facilities, and ensure proper upkeep.
Prepare and present performance reports to management.
Drive local marketing, promotional activities, and community outreach to attract new clients.
Foster a positive work culture and team collaboration within the clinic.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/MBA in Management, Healthcare, or related field.
7-10 years of experience in branch/center management, preferably in slimming, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Sales-driven with proven ability to achieve business targets.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of customer service best practices and clinic operations.
