2-5 years in a managerial role (preferably in education/training centers or similar industries)

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate Proven experience in managing a team and achieving operational excellence. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Familiarity with CRM and other management tools is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the center, ensuring smooth operations. Ensure the center complies with all organizational policies and standards. Manage schedules, classes, and resource allocation effectively.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate staff, including instructors and administrative teams. Conduct regular training and performance reviews for the team. Resolve internal team conflicts and promote a positive work environment.

Student Engagement:

Address student queries, concerns, and feedback promptly. Maintain high levels of student satisfaction and engagement. Monitor student attendance and progress to ensure successful outcomes.

Sales and Revenue Management:

Drive enrollment targets through effective promotional strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns. Monitor and report revenue performance against set goals.

Infrastructure and Facility Maintenance:

Ensure the center's facilities are well-maintained and equipped. Address any maintenance issues proactively.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure adherence to local regulations and organizational policies. Maintain accurate records of students, staff, and finances. Submit timely reports to senior management.
