3-5 years' experience as a Branch Manager in the stock market industry and team management
Lead and oversee Relationship Managers and Dealers managing diverse investments and broking instruments (equity, commodity, Mutual fund etc.).
Strategize and implement monthly sales plans.
Assign tasks based on team strengths and skillsets and leverage team skillsets to generate revenue across various products.
Spearhead center profitability by optimizing sales productivity and implementing cost reduction strategies in targeted areas.
Negotiate and close high-value deals with new and existing clients.
Administer branch operations and maintain a professional decorum.
Assess daily staff activities, ensuring alignment with established targets.
Cultivate positive relationships with different branches and enhance overall branch performance.
Foster and sustain healthy client relationships.
Ensure strict compliance with branch activities and regulations.
