Job Description

The Branch Manager will responsible for overseeing the day - to -day operations of the NBFC branch, ensuring growth in business volume, maintaining portfolio quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and leading a team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive branch - level business targets for loans, deposits, and cross sell products. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new customers and retain existing ones and identify potential markets and lead generation activities.

2. Set performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct regular reviews.

3. Strong knowledge of NBFC products and lending practices

4. Sales and target orientation & understanding of local market and customer.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?30,000.00 per month
