2-5 years in Home Loan / Mortgage Loan / Banking & Finance
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure all processes run smoothly.
Drive sales for Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, and other retail finance products.
Lead and mentor the branch team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Develop strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and channel partners.
Increase branch productivity through effective planning, monitoring, and execution.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service, query resolution, and proper documentation.
Monitor MIS reports, sales funnel, and performance metrics regularly.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and collection teams for smooth loan processing.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff to strengthen branch performance.
