A Branch Manager with a sales background is responsible for overseeing the operations, sales performance, and staff management of a branch office.

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management of the branch, including driving sales growth, managing the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting financial objectives.

Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years in sales (B2C)

Note:- Female Candidate Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.

Branch Operations, Team Management Customer Relationship Management.

Compliance and Risk Management.

Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales activities, and other key metrics.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in a branch or retail environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and make informed decisions.

Knowledge of financial management and branch operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Inside sales: 4 years (Preferred) Direct sales: 4 years (Preferred) B2c sales: 4 years (Preferred)
