Job Overview:

As the Branch Manager for our jewelry retail store, you will be responsible for the overall success and profitability of the branch. You will play a key role in driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing the day-to-day operations. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for the jewelry industry and a proven track record in retail management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Motivate and lead the sales team to exceed sales goals. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Customer Service Excellence:

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. Foster a customer-focused culture among the team.

Operational Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures, staffing, and scheduling. Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Financial Management:

Monitor and manage the branch budget. Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost control and efficiency. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the jewelry industry. Strong knowledge of jewelry products and trends. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
